Hot Tub Inspections
Ensure your new property’s hot tub is safe, functional, and ready to enjoy with our comprehensive hot tub inspection and start-up. We will open the hot tub, perform a full start-up and system power-up, inspect pumps, heaters, jets, filters and plumbing. We also check for leaks and circulation issues, and perform a basic electrical and control-panel safety check. After the inspection you’ll receive a clear report with any recommended repairs or maintenance so you can relax with confidence.
Hot Tub Maintenance Packages
Deep clean spas, flush biofilm, replace filters, vacuum debris, and balance water chemistry; maintain sanitizers, shock schedules, and winterization plans to protect equipment and comfort. We always recommend keeping your hot tub running all season long as it minimizes the possibility of repairs on the start up.
WINTER:
Rental properties:
- Includes a full start up with cover washing
- End of season shut down if required
- Water quality checks three times per week plus check in and check out dates
- Two water changes available
- Three new standard filters (extra charges may apply for specialty filters)
- Contract runs from October 15th - April 6th (Mountain closing date)
Owner-Use Only (non-rentals):

- Please keep in mind that you can always upgrade to our winter Package at any time if you are on the Owner-Use Package
- If you decide to keep your hot tub running year-round and want to get a summer contract then we are happy to provide a slight discount for you too
EXTRA HOT TUB and SERVICES:
- Start-up of hot tub: $200.00 + GST/PST (Includes standard filter but addition costs may apply for specialty filters)
- Shut down of hot tub: $200.00 + GST/PST
- Water changes: $200 +GST/PST
- Extra water quality checks: $50.00 + GST/PST
- Hot Tub REPAIR: Initial visit and first hour $135 plus $90 + GST/PST for any additional hours plus the cost of parts and supplies
- Change batteries on keypad: $20.00 + GST/PST
- New Tarp and installation: $75.00 + GST/PST
